  1. BBase requires a 68020 or above Macintosh and system 7. BBase is also optimize for the PowerMac.

  3. BBase costs 100 US dollars or equivalent - see ReadMe.

  5. BBase is made up of the following components:
  6.  
  7. 1- BTrans - creates message files from MacCIM, MacNav (session and 
  8.      archive), Eudora and NetScape email. These files may be imported into 
  9.      most database programs.
  10.  
  11. 2- BBase - imports translated files and permits rapid searching.
  12.     The messages are sorted by Forum, Subject and Date so that a 
  13.     subject may be followed in the correct order. Subset of the data 
  14.     may be selected and exported in a similar format to other 
  15.     applications.

  17. 3- FileMaker example - can be used to supplement BBase.
  18.  
  19. 4- Panorama example - can be used to supplement BBase.
  20.  
  21. 5- The ReadMe application - permits you to find out how to get a 
  22.      password and to register. No password is needed to use BTrans 
  23.      and BBase in the downgraded demo-mode. The password is obtained 
  24.      by email - send one of the standard messages and you will receive 
  25.      promptly the appropriate password.

  28. Feedback regarding this product is welcome - do not forget that BBase
  29. is not directly updateable - you cannot modify the messages in it.
